The initial daring idea of a kitchen in the middle of the entrance was changed, in favor of a more conservative but also more practical solution of a partially hidden kitchen which would ventilate naturally through the internal shaft.

The 1970s arrangement of the previous  apartment was completely changed, and its place took a modern open plan house with large unified areas of dining living and cooking.

 

The only closed areas are the bedrooms and the WC.

The project is in the stage of finalisation.
